It is a great honour to serve as the Member of Parliament for the electorate of
Grey.
The
diversity of this electorate is breathtaking and abounds with natural wonders- a rich Aboriginal heritage and the great stories and icons of the Australian Outback.
From the sheer wonder of the Great Australian Bight, the magnificent Flinders Ranges, the vast beaches and rich farmlands of Yorke Peninsula and Mid North to the old Ghan railway, the Birdsville, Oodnadatta and Strzelecki Tracks, Grey is full of possibilities.
However, its greatest resource is its people.
Grey has a huge cultural heritage reflecting the immigration surges of the last two centuries. We are infused with a commitment to Australia. Experience, youth, wisdom, skills and above-all, enthusiasm, will underpin our efforts to continue to develop this region which encompasses most of South Australia.
